02 · What We Do

Three disciplines, one platform

Treasury & Liquidity

Centralised cash and liquidity management for capital intensive groups, including cash flow forecasting, money market placement in hard currencies, and foreign exchange risk management across African and G10 currency pairs.

Investment Management

Discretionary and advisory portfolio mandates in USD, EUR and GBP, implemented through regulated custodian banks and constructed across money market, fixed income, equity and alternative allocations.

Corporate, Fiduciary & Banking

Corporate structuring and trusteeship, fiduciary services, and facilitation of banking and lending relationships in Mauritius and internationally, supported by in-house compliance and screening capability.

Serving clients in energy & natural resources, infrastructure, manufacturing, telecommunications and agro-processing, and multinational groups managing cross-border cash flows in Africa.
03 · How We Work

A mandate, not a sales process

1

Scoping

We begin with the client's treasury policy, liquidity profile and risk parameters, and agree the mandate's objectives and constraints in writing.

2

Onboarding

Client due diligence and account establishment with regulated custodian banks, completed under applicable Mauritius and South African regulatory requirements.

3

Implementation

Portfolios and treasury structures are implemented within the agreed mandate, through regulated custodian banks.

4

Reporting

Regular consolidated reporting covering positions, performance, transactions and fees, with direct access to the advisory team.

Client assets are held in the client's name with regulated custodian banks. Intrasia Wealth does not take custody of client assets.

05 · Mauritius & Contact

Africa's financial centre, your corporate desk

Mauritius is Africa's leading international financial centre: a network of over 40 double taxation treaties, an established banking and custody ecosystem, a hybrid common and civil law framework, and a time zone bridging Asian and African markets. The jurisdiction permits free repatriation of profits, dividends and capital, with a competitive and transparent tax regime.
